NCC compliance - Deemed to satisfy
was created by

FYI
A building surveyor over here in Western Australia , has referred me to the United States Building Code ( IRC) appendix S which now recognises and includes Straw Bale walls
see
codes.iccsafe.org/content/IRC2018P7/appe...rawbale-construction
Further to that to get compliance he suggested that as per NCC, compliance may be demonstrated by comparing the Deemed to Satisfy Requirement with the ICC appendix ,
ncc.abcb.gov.au/editions/ncc-2022/adopte...-and-weatherproofing
How are others providing compliance with the NCC 2022 adopted 1st May 2023?
I foresee that the biggest hurdle now is weatherproofing.
